Annie's Place is a select a guesthouse located in the upscale residential area of Snug Harbour, only 3.5 blocks from the famous Seven Mile Beach. The Brittania Golf Club by Jack Nicklaus is within walking distance.
The guest rooms are fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has its own private bathroom, ceiling fan, cable TV, refrigerator and safe. Guest facilities also include two sitting rooms - a quiet room for reading and conversation, and a casual room with TV, VCR, stereo and library. We provide daily maid service and laundry facilities are also available. By arrangement, guests are allowed to make fax and phone calls. Beach chairs and towels are provided. Tennis court and volleyball facilities are also available for use by our guests.
Annie's Place is close to duty-free stores, a supermarket, liquor stores, restaurants, cafes, and many fine shops. Within three miles is the Capital, George Town, with its many attractions. Fifteen minutes by car will take you to the world-famous Turtle Farm.
We can make all of your car rental and watersports reservations in advance.
The minimum booking is seven nights during the winter season and three nights during the summer season.
Daily summer rates:
(April 15, 2008 to December14,
2008) are US$105 single and US$120 double - Daily winter rates: (December 15, 2008 to April 14, 2009) are US$115 single and
US$140 double. 10% gov't tax and 6% gratuity in
addition. Cancellation policy: Refund with 60 days
notice in winter and 30 days in summer. 50% deposit
required on all bookings of 7 nights or more. Bookings
of less than 7 nights must be paid in full at time
of booking. We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard,
VISA, American Express and Discover) and travellers
checks.
